I'd be more impressed if you could play this on a real axe. For about 120 or so you can get a gutar, amp, cables, and so on. Now I play Guitar Hero and it's a fun game, but I play my real guitars more often than the game.

@RaderizDorret : You should check your prices. My Stardust Elite, Peavey Vypyr amp, power cable, carrying case cost me $527, and that's only because I knew the people that were there, so they cut be a deal, taking about $20 off. Take off about $80 from what I paid (removing the case from the equation) and you're more realistic.The guitar alone was $329 plus tax. So, unless you buy second-rate equipment, it's gonna cost more than $120.

@RickySparks1991 I'm talking about a Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster, Fender 10 watt amp, cable, gig bag, cable, tuner, and 3 sets of strings. I know the person I got them from and they were second hand, HOWEVER it got me playing and served me well until I saved up the money to get better guitars; B.C. Rich Kerry King V and Epiphone Les Paul Studio. The Squier may not be top of the line, but it's a hell of a lot better than other options for the price.

@RaderizDorret : I'll give you that last bit. I just wanted to point out that not many sellers negotiate, and not many people have good connections for better deals. So the price of a good set is up there. I had to save for months at a job I hated to get the money for my stuff.

@dadikiuz okay, if i buy a real guitar and amp, will i be able to play "jordan" by buckethead in 2 weeks? or play "frankenstein"by edgar winter group on that one instrument. guitar hero and rock band are about having fun doing something that's very hard to do in real life.
