  • Oh no, Christian metal.

  • It would be nice to hear this son re-recorded, but this is still good.

  • @clscav40 Your wish has come true! "Beneath The Encasing"-Medley on DECAS consists mainly of this song. Check it out! IMO one of their best, sickest, most brutal songs now!

  • sick song !!!

  • to the two of you that disliked this video. fuck you.

  • represents the real AILD nicely

  • METAL RULES!

  • pissed there not playing in indiana :/

  • @XxGLASSCOCKxX You didnt Burst my Bubble. No worries there. But if you go ahead and pick your favorite song from them and go look up the Lyrics to it you will see what i mean when i say, "Not a foul word". Anyway, thanks for the reply and i hope AILD's next Album Rocks just as much as all their other ones do! they never disappoint though so there isn't any doubt there. xD

  • Also, I implore anyone who chooses to say that the are not IN FACT Christian to research and prove otherwise. The Band members State that they are Christian and i have Personally never heard one FOUL word leave any of their mouths in any of their music or while on stage. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. Amen.

  • @jwarth87 Though I like how they don't poison their music with words of Religion. I'm atheist and this is by far my favorite band ever. I've never heard a band with better lyrics or a cooler sound. And they don't limit their music to one audience by singing about God. And they do cuss, watch the KsE documentary. Sorry to burst your bubble.

  • @jwarth87 they are christian, i 'm sure, but i'm also sure that not swearing is not proof of that.

  • @t1mel1ne they proclaim their christian faith. they say they're christians in a band. they sing about stuff in their life through their eyes.

  • @t1mel1ne In truth, swearing is allowed, even if you're Christian. So long as you don't use God's name in vain, or direct at your parents. Saying shit or fuck is perfectly acceptable, because it doesn't break any of the commandments.

  • As I Lay Dying Is Christian Metal Band that came out with their first Album in the very early 2000's. I have Been Listening to this Band since 2003 when the Album, "Frail Words Collapse" came out. Original Band members Are Tim Lambesis and Jordan Mancino. Nick Phil and others came into the picture with Shadows are security. Seven years of listening to this AMAZING band. I LOVE all their Albums. I buy two copies of each =) Seen them Live many times as well and they are SOLID. Keep rockin AILD!!!

  • i like this better than an ocean between us tbh, they're not as main stream in this album i like it

  • @ProTeabagger But the vocals aren't as good. And the drums are too simple. And the guitars are not as involved. Besides, aobu wasn't mainstream. More people know about it, but it's not like they get played on the radio very much or anything. And they remain to stray from the generic metalcore sound. I prefer the stuff from 2003 onward because there's much more creativity and a more in-depth sound.

  • An Ocean Between Us came out 400 years after this? How old is this band? ;)

  • @mobydick246 well said sir

  • An Ocean between us is much better then this... :-(

  • @FischJogurt You sir are a dumbshit. And Ocean Between Us came out like 400 years after this. They were young. So no shit An Ocean Between Us is better. P.S. The Powerless Rise made me jizz.

  • @AILDxDISCIPLE i need to pick that up soon. it's a damn great album

  • @AILDxDISCIPLE dude stfu. New AILD should die. Old AILD is the best. Shadows Are Security was the last good album, after that, they went to shit

  • @harrybobarry finally someone who agrees but an ocean between us was ok

  • @AILDxDISCIPLE an ocean between us didnt compare to the older disks and the powerless rise was a huge letdown.

  • @brnkid123456 Just because they progressed means you got let down, how sad... They didn't get all gay like all that remains, their new stuff is pretty dope and just as hard as this. Just better quality. Thats only my oppinion though.

  • Funny people who are just now discovering A.I.L.D. Where were you 8 years ago? lol

  • @bgtruck88 I was 8. and not yet had a good taste in music

  • all of these songs are sick, but never heard of them...im ashamed to call myself an aild fan :(

  • don't be it just means you were stick to the other albums...

  • early as I had the sickest names

  • is this like a new album?

  • not quite. lol

  • @nsomers94 wow...you are an idiot.

  • ah freaking mazing!!!!!!!

  • whats the album name?

  • a long march: the original recordings. but this has music from 3 albums. this song was the from their album beneath the encasing of ashes

  • A Long March

  • hahaha nice song :O funny to see the evolution of tim screaming...

  • @alpinestar791 More like devolution...

  • sick
