  • It's almost the truth maybe,.. between day 38 and 39 your hair grew a lot :p

  • hey missiontomuscle, what do you look like now!!? it's been a while, lets see some update pics/video

  • @fcarabat More videos coming soon. I'm going to show you exactly what I eat and how I prepare my meals so you can do it too! You will need to know how many calories you need per day though - free calculator on my website.

  • You, sir, inspired me.

  • you had the roundest face when you were fat and once you lost it its like a perfect face,, nice job man

  • whats the song playin n the background?

  • @BIIGE79 Hey there! Its a royalty free song from Incompetech - Take the Lead by Kevin Macleod!

  • Don't hate cause you don't have the determination. He wanted to do something and he did it! I'm gonna put this 90 day thing to the test so you can see what can be accomplished in that time frame. I won't do it the same way however but i will do it.

  • You gained a haircut! :O

  • I don't think it's possible to get that cut in that much time even if u had no fat and just had to build muscle naturally, I am 18, 5'10" ive been CUTTING since late september and ive lost almost 30 pounds with proper diet and atleast ATLEAST 2 hours of working out a day which includes 5 miles of cardio on a tredmill and i only eat 1200 calories and I am still fat and i startedw ith only 181 either this is photoshopped, or u took something because i've done my research

  • @derdevel2 Sounds like you have a pretty hard core program and those calories per day is pretty low. Congrats on the weight loss to date. Individuality plays a big factor in your results, but in saying that there must be something off in either your training/diet if you are still fat after 4 months. Feel free to comment me on my blog and I'll answer any specific questions. I also go into detail about my daily calories, macronutrient % and training plan.

  • @missiontomuscle thats almost 8 pounds a month lost, which is about 2 pounds a week, anything above that is considered unhealthy. even if u did lose it faster say 10 pounds a month u look like u needed to lose about 40 pounds to be ripped, and then put on atleast 10 pounds of muscle to be in that shape. something's fishy.

  • @derdevel2 - I tried to be polite initially but it clearly appears you don't know what you're talking about. As stated on my blog and comment above yours:

My weight to start with was 78.4kg (173Lbs) and 18% body fat (estimate).

My weight at the end was 75.0kg (165Lbs) and 7% body fat (estimate as I was using calipers).

Best of luck with your training...

  • @derdevel2 Don't forget weight means very little. You lose but gain muscle also take into consideration the water weightt. Do i believe he did this in 3 month...It's possible given the right genetics and a team of aids to help him, however by yourself it is highly unlikely.

  • @MegaBigbadmofo I agree, he may have the genetics of a god. and also you can't lose fat AND gain muscle at the same time

  • @derdevel2 If you've done your research you wouldn't be on a 1200 calorie diet. You're starving yourself which will cause stored fat and massive muscle loss. You should only be burning 500 calories more then you consume.

  • he only has 4 pairs of boxers for 90 days

  • @WarezHaxor Who fcknin care ?

  • this must be photoshopped. I refuse to believe that this is possible. Some people are just not physically predisposed to get toned like that at all. Also, why do you seem to be taller in some of those photos? Please reply.

  • @christoforoualex Hey there, no none of it is photoshopped - if you go on my blog you can see the individual daily photos, my workout and diet. I believe anyone can make a SIGNIFICANT positive change to their bodies if they follow a proven blueprint and put in the effort. The problem is, most people give up before they've even started! Checkout my blog for more detailed info and shoot me any extra questions you have there...

  • Thanks Man !!

  • Didnt work on legs at all.... no squats...Please people work out your legs.

  • 0:50 picture xD

  • How'd you get on a white screen at 1:33 without photoshopping or rather more accurately without photo editing? Heh,,,I don't doubt the gains or losses rather. I can get cut up if I perform my HIIT Routine. I do doubt the photoshopping...

  • @barisperim

Checkout my blog: MissiontoMuscle[.com] to see exactly what I did each day.

In saying that - I found the biggest secret to a six pack was all within my diet and nutrition. I had never known this before and had been wasting so much time in the gym in the past...

  • What was your weight at the start and end of this video? At my biggest i was 260 and right now im at 184. Thank you for posting this. Its been really hard working out everyday and being a on diet :( but this video will help me keep going!
