Its when I see videos like these I realize how very little energy the makers of GTA IV put in their emergency vehicles. No doubt the guys who made these mods are a very talented bunch. Come on Rockstar, you're making millions, these guys do it as a hobby, hire them for GTA V and let them work on the emergency vehicles.

@jacklimsws That's not what I said, I have ELS and it does flash like that, but if you look at the headlights, there are strobes,which there is not on my vehicle.

Great set of mods. I have them all but I wish my graphics were better. I play on my Macbook Pro so it's not good but still fun to just cruise around. Wish GTA 4 came like this retail.

I am not that exited about the Arjent and it's pattern. I don't use ELS myself so I don't know if it's possible to change the flash pattern.
