Hahaha this is just like local roads and state roads in a few municipalities and states of the United States. And just like dimskees says for Ukraine, the money goes into the pockets of politicians and business people. If this were typical for all the United States we would be in very bad shape.
ha ha, this is so sad. i used to call this country my home and trust me, this feels so embarrassing. ok so euro supposed to bust Ukraine's economy but so far, only all the politicians and business people filled up their pockets cause there is not much funding involved in this particular scenario.

In Poland we had the same methods, dont worry :D
Now, when EU gives the money, lot of new roads are built, but before that our situation wasnt better.
