just wondering why subtitles were written during the live report.

well, I saw that news. it was live in china. but that recording was brought to Hong Kong so they were able to put subtitle it broadcast within Hong Kong.

thanks for the info. the hong kong media operate the pre-recording broadcast, dont they?

That is the Sangmei typhoon.It's defined as Super Typhoon.
