@IronJudasCrue41 it's true, The Doors didn't have a bassists. Ray Manzerek(the keyboard player) played the bass part on a separate two octave bass piano while playing the organ part at the same time

Well, it is a recording. How do you suppose they got it on youtube? Whether they tracked before the video or if they tracked it live from this jam is another question. However if there is a decent engineer behind the session, there is no reason why they could not get their jam to sound this good. It's a matter of having the proper gear and the knowledge to do it right.

i play on the drive channel, with drive set on about 3-4, the basic eq depends on the guitar you use...i use the both pickup setting on this one, with the bridge pickup slightly stronger than the neck one so i can get the "twangy" sound....and, the volume of the guitar is on 75 % which is maybe the most important thing....hope this helps....
