does your trainer or instructor say your two point/half seat is weird? I have like the same position as you when i jump and my trainer says i need to fix it, and i would like to prove her wrong, because i naturally go that way.
No my instructor has never said anything like that lol... but i dont jump like this on my other horse, i have a completely different seat on zelda, shes a really difficult pony to ride lol, and she has the bounciest canter, do you mean your seat in the canter or your position when your jumping, because i think you should just jump how it is natural to you, as long as your balanced in doing so =D
my lil 12.2hh pony can jump up to 4.2ft =] she is very mad! and is for sale lol, its hard to find someone for her coz she needs a really confident young rider =[ but she has never refused a jump in her life!! lol =]
She looks like she has very good potential..lovely jumping ability...you and her could go far with good training and schooling...great effort..just think if she didnt want to do that you couldnt make her!!! shows trust and the bond you two obviously have =) good luck hehe x
