  • Phone tapping is nothing Campbell , you are a war criminal. You and Blair got drunk on the applause you recieved walking through Pristina. Like a couple of addicts you decided to join the Yanks in the murder of tens of thousands of innocent men women and children. That dossier you cooked up was laughable. One day you will face justice.

  • Campbell is low life

  • Scotland Yard MUST stop whimping out under the corporate might of Rupert Murdoch.

We CAN'T let one man degrade our laws and democracy like this.

Allegations that Murdochs NOTW hacked into the PMs phone must be FULLY investigated. If true, this is a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY and Rupert Murdoch & his NOTW employees should be brought up on criminal charges.

  • Oh dear what a shame never mind, there must be something more important than a bunch of boring arseholes getting their mobile phones hacked. If your stupid enough to leave private messages using a mobile phone then your a bigger cunt than most people think you are. Get a life you stupid pricks

  • Firstly, Alastair Campbell - Legend!!

Secondly, Metropolitan Police Taking Bribes In Exchange For Information - Now There's A Surprise For Every Englishman!!

I Think People Ought To Be More Concerned About London's 'Bent, Corrupt, Dishonest and Untouchable' Police Force!!

Yet More Of Their Failings To Add To An Already Long List. Isn't It About Time Our Government Showed Some 'Balls' and Investigated These So Called Enforcers Of The Law!!

  • "But this isn't about me, or Tessa, or the showbiz stars who've been affected."

Poor Alastair, showing us lot how naff Gospel Oak is looking. I wonder if he'll go on the news again when someone nicks his bike now?

  • So it's the authorities investigating the authorities in full cooperation with the authorities...hmm, that sounds fishy, just like the Vatican investigating child abuse.

  • I disagree with Alistair Campbell's politics but you have to admit he was a fucking badass on Question Time.

  • Wow the biggest cunt in the world talking about himself like he's a victim, I bet the BBC paid him to do this shit too.

  • its just that the phone producers dont crate propper safe devices also computer producers dosnt do. You can hack a phone in 30 secconds or less if you know how to do it. And just wearing a phone and storing personal data like emails bussines important files is rediculous and stupid to do. Lets say you dont get hacked but your phone got stolen they now have all the data you had in your phone. Congratulations you just lost your bank account email and all the data you had in the phone.

  • the great manipulator being manipulated ... poor Alastair !

  • this is unbelievable. nobody but you has any right to muck about on your phone. this, to say they least, is a major privacy violation

  • What does he really have to complain about? The press, government, Democracy???? What a hypocrite!!!!!!!!!! After what he did, has he now the moral backbone to complain? He is partially as responsible as Bush, Blair and Cheney, Rumsfeld, for the murder of American, British, Iraqi and EU soldiers as well as the countless civillians, not to mention the now awful results of our then and now foreign policy. No respect for Human life. A disgrace to Britain.

  • @thereturnofluis True - and he has the gall to make out he's just an objective observer of massive-scale phone-hacking. I'd be amazed if he hasn't done it himself at some point. He's been one of the scumbag journalists himself, after all. The country is run by lying, cheating, deluded mental cases like him. Oh joy!

  • This is immoral if not illegal.

If illegal, then this will definitely lead to journalists who phone hack to be dismissed, rather than allowing a paper to be prosecuted.

  • @sageb1 It's illegal. Two people are in jail for it. Should be many, many more, and Coulson should be locked up too, for perjury. He knew everything.

  • let me ruin someone's chance to say first..

  • @xyxean inb4 second
