  • is it possible to replace the center cap without removing the wheel? or it doesnt work that way?

  • Got the idea from this video but really you should have just tried to use whatever tape you've got at home. Used spare duct tape and worked well

  • This is potentially an extremely stupid question but is putting the new caps in as simple as just plugging them in? Because I want to remove this stupid proline cap from my rims and replace them with something else so after I take them off can I simply just push in the new ones?

  • This worked great!!!! We used the 99cent store stick on velcro and it worked like a charm. Thanks!!!!

  • I can finally go steal some center caps!

  • YOU ROCK !!!!! Great simple video THANKS MAN!!

  • I have those rims too XIX on my G37s, and had to use wheel spacers in order for the rims to fit over the calipers, did you have to do the same?

  • I just cap the wheels on the tiers and unscrew it

  • Awesome tut! I'm guessing the alcohol maybe was for cleaning the center cap to ensure the velcro thingy would stick on well.

  • @07GTIsociety

Yep its that Easy! You might find it in Staples. But I'd go to a local auto parts store like Advanced Auto Parts / Napa / Pep Boys etc.

  • Would this work on my OEM WHeel cap?

    I have a Genesis Coupe.

  • @coolct89

I'd think so! I haven't tried on any stock caps but I'm quite sure it will work no issues.
