@bnm5015 I was comparing the Supra to the Corvette C4, which came into production around the same time. I was just saying when compared to it's rivals, it's pretty heavy and underpowered too. Despite all this, it's still just as fast if not faster.

Well if you can find a MKIV in good condition, you'll be dropping at least $25-$30k just on the car itself. And as far as building goes, the possibilities are limited only by the size of your budget.

These cars are still very fast even in stock form. The twin turbo models put out 320HP and could hit 60mph in under 5 seconds from the factory.

yea ive been lookin for one on ebay cause i want to make a 1000-1100 horespower streetable car cuz these videos make it look so easy...thast y i was askin thanks for the input tho, like you said these guys spend about a hundred grand for a setup like that im guessing...i think ill just buy a used viper instead and twin turbo that...who knows

Yeah, you'll get a lot of respect if you build a supra though. With a good build and proper tuning, supras can rape just about anything on the road.

Also, if you are wanting to go muscle, you should look into getting a used C5 vette. You can get those for pretty cheap. You could also build a Kenne Bell cobra... Or you could buy a really cheap car and build a sleeper lol. As said before, the possibilites are endless.
