That game show hosts board is on the Gametek computer game that came out in 1990 or so, featuring Henry, COmbs, Trebek, Convy, Eubanks

(Part 2) I also remember Jamie Lockin (blanquepage here at YouTube), uploaded a clip of the first round in the qualifying game where a british lady named Susan DuMar dominated that first round though neither she or her opponent got the last question right. I don't know if it was from that very same episode with the game show hosts board, but I sure do like to find out.
