@bartholomew9999 This tree had a failure of 1 of it 3 major stems of aprox 50m and 1.5m diameter weighing about 50 tonne come down and part of it hit the neighbours. The remaining stem had a seriously weak union, extensive decay and was hollowed out by termites. If you watched the whole video you will see the decay on the back of the tree at the base. I'd love large trees like that on my property too, but only if structurally sound!
