All I have to say is a bad ass song and Mick Mars is so underated and Eddie Van Halen is over rated

I'll never forget this awesome band and always wonder what my life would have been like if I would have pulled my car over for Vince Neil when he was standing on the step of his tour bus back in the 80's on the freeway holding a piece of paper and scribbled "I think that I love you pull over"..... I was shy back then and didn't do it. I've never forgotten about that though. Now after many years later I met another band member but didn't tell him my story. It's a small world sometimes.

I wasn't even a Motley fan, I'm just reading the book so came here out of curiosity, I'm complete top 40 pop fan and not into rock but even I can see Corabi gave them a rock edge and a more serious sound than they had with Vince. I think Vince IS the voice of Motley, but had they maybe changed their name when Corabi joined they could have had a better chance.

Get your facts straight, and don't speak for yourself like you're the whole fucking fanbase. And hey, a fan knows how to spell the names of the band members. I love the songs without Vince, but with Vince i feel the Motley Crue is whole again ;) I mean Vince is the Voice of MC, Mick Mars the genious, Tommy the funny and cool one and Nikki got the additude and the charm :D <3

@LocalHippie420 i dont know how nikki was the only genious? Vince wrote alot of the lyrics as well as mick (who wrote all the guitar)....and im sure tommy had some say as well. Nikki is just the face and known for his lyric writing, doesn't mean he did all the lyrics for every song.

Yeah vince helped on some and so did tommy and i wasn't trying to belittle Mick he is fantastic but i still believe the brains of the band is Nikki. But I still think everyone is irreplacable including Vince, Cobaris work is good but its not Motley.

This song and "Poison Apples" are the best songs on the album (in my opinion). And IMAGINE that PUNK Corabi suing after they give him a chance to be in a REAL band for once!! Going from playing in front 150 people to 15,000 people...and then taking the people who let you do that to COURT!!! Like I said...PUNK!!!!

He wrote more than half of Generation Swine and was only creditited for two songs,

He lost out on maybe millions in royalties,

Everyone has a right to sue if youve been fucked over and he was.

Besides motley needed a singer,

He was doing them a favour as much as they were doing him one.

The self titled album (compact disc) 'Mötley Crüe' is that band's best album, by FAR. This song, along with 'Dropping Like Flies', 'Loveshine', 'Uncle Jack' & 'Hooligan's Holiday' PROVE IT. Hell... the whole damn album is proof that....

John Corabi is the better vocalist.

Hands down.
