I think so. My 2 rabbits r 6 months old and can jump about that height. They refuse to jump any higher so i don't bother makin them

Just make your rabbit wear it a little each day and then take it off. Do this until he is confortable then start to walk him around with it. That's how I trained mine.

can you give me any advise on getting them to wear a harness, my rabbit hates it ! and he wriggles out of it

Stand behind the rabbit and let them go forward. If not, try giving it some time in the run alone to get used to it. Also, treats can help.

Well, start by getting them used to the harness, before trying to get them onto jumping. Or you can just pop a few poles on the ground and let them go over themself, then build up to bigger fences.

Because it had come snow during the night. But the most competitions during the winter is indoor.
