I'm a "weather wimp" from Arizona. We drive our RV over the UP each year from Door County,Wisconsin to Frankenmuth, Michigan to visit friends and family...but ONLY in the summer!!

I used to drive from Southfield to BMCC in Brimley. Got there once through a terrible snowstorm which rendered the Mighty Mac invisible, and class was canceled! I had to turn right around and go all the way back in the same storm. Us former Yoopers are a lot tougher than these modern day ones.
