  • PLease, please make sure that you keep on top of this and don't let this eating disorder get out of control. It can cause serious problems with your body, like your heart, and if you let the disorder go on too long you may not be able to bounce back from it and you would have permanent and irreversible damage to your body that can eventually be fatal. PLEASE get help for this because I don't want anything to happen to you. Being skinny is NOT worth your life sweetie. <3

  • honesty is the best cure! you rock!

  • If i were you i would take a serious talk with my dad! Get upset and ask him why he wont help you getting over your eating disorder by easily buy some nice food. If he wont listen, take his credit card and go to the grocery store and go bananas heheh :)

  • i also feel lazy sometimes and i dont know what to do to get motivated. i feel if i run on our treadmill at home my mom will be like uhhh what are you doing? why? like i dont want to loose weight im 110 and just feel groggy sometimes because i dont exercise a lot..

  • Your VERY pretty. don't let those haters bring you down. Ive watched alot if your videos. you inspire me!

  • Its depressing to hear something like that..it makes me loose my confidence..😭:( i have been saying a lot now but i think what im just trying to say is that we girls don't need to be as thin as the models and celebrities on tv. We actually need to be fit and healthy...we have to choose the foods we eat and be very careful of our diet to stay healthy..Hm.so continue being strong and fight hard to be healthy.mua😊;)

  • Why? first of all when youre thin you have flat chest..then your collar bones are too prominent and its awful to look at..then most of the thin girls have this haggard looking eyes which makes you look older..those are just some of the concerns of thin girls..i know some would be offended about this but its true. Thin girls have concerns too! We feel bad about our bodies too. I feel bad when others say "eat something youre so thin" or when others say "do you even eat?".......

  • I became very conscious about my weight when i was 13. It felt like i was too skinny or too thin and started to feel like im not healthy and fit.others consider me lucky, they always say i don't have any worries of gaining too much weight and being big but what they don't see is that they have a healthier looking body than me. I think thin girls like me want to gain some weight and be even just a little bit bigger......

  • Hi laura! First i want to say that you are a very brave person because most of the girls who suffers from eating disorders find it so hard to admit it..now i just want to share to you my weight difficulties..i am very slender although i eat too much..my doctor said its because my metabolism is so fast.i've already tried taking vit. and food supplements to gain weight but it just don't seem to work for me........

  • im only 12 and my life is very messed up. i ahve an eating disorder and i also suffer bulimia. at the age of 10 i started getting called fat. it then became a constant thing or bullying as people knew. i then suffered depression and stress. depressed about my weight and stressed that no matter what diet i had i still couldnt lose weight. i then turned to not eating. i wouldnt eat breakfast or lunch and have a little bit of tea after tea i would then make myself sick (bulimia) until the point th

  • YOU LOOK HEALTHY AND GREAT!!!! Thanks for sharing :)

  • It is important to eat proper meals to gain muscle and stay at a healthy weight, continue to do so Laura! I support you all the way

  • I am very grateful that you are so honest! I also have weight problems and I feel very bad about them sometimes. But like you, I'm feeling pretty good right now. You are so amazingly beautiful and you deserve to feel good!

Best wishes from Lisa from Sweden <3

  • Laura, it is progress, not perfection. Getting over an eating disorder doesn't happen all at once. It takes baby steps and understanding that you will have bad days. As long as you want to be healthy and you work on recovering, it's ok. Therapy is very helpful - a lot of times there are underlying issues. I know, I've been there.

  • Laura your so honest and open on YouTube which is more relatable than lots of gurus

  • I also struggle with my weight, since I'm living alone now, it's really hard to eat enough, and I lost some weight.. I guess I'll just have to organize my life better and cook more often..

You're really helping & encouraging me to eat healthy andd more often. Thanks <3

  • What type of things do you do at the gym? I am really lazy and I do swimming but I just feel so lazy and unhealthy and I have been trying to stick to a routine but it just hasn't worked for me. You are really my inspiration and I luv your videos so much!!

  • Praying for you and I'm so impressed with the courage you have to post these videos. Just focus on putting your well-being first, you're a sweet and gorgeous girl! :)

  • i might be going on adhd pills and i'm really excited to get help or me adhd problem annndddd to lose weighttt!

  • It really is difficult.. At the moment my cousin is bulimic and sadly she can't recover. But I'm glad u are :)

  • are you bulimic too? or just anorexic?

  • I understand that even when people, like you, appear thin, healthy, like they have a super high metabolism, etc, they still can see it in a different way. I hope you can talk openly with your family about these problems because I think if you really explained it to them, they could help you more with eating and getting you on a good track! We're all here to support you, you can do this.

  • I feel bad watching this while eating a huge chocolate bar. lol

  • It's actually a fact that somebody with an eating disorder will never FULLY recover, so its impossible that you are "over" your eating disorder. You definitely should not be discouraged when the thoughts come back every so often though. It's going to be a struggle you will face for, pretty much, the rest of your life, but you are clearly getting stronger and thats all that matters!

  • I have stuggeed with weight my whole life. I was never that fit or felt good about my weight, however, im not obese or anything. I think i might start taking adhd meds to help me concentrate more on my school work which is really exciting for me because not only will it help me focus but loose weight effortlessly. I absolutly hate excercising and loveee food so i have gained over 10lbs in the past 2months...its sooo frustratinggg!

  • Laura, I'm glad you're doing better now, but you have this whole mantra of "every girl is beautiful." And then you beat yourself up so much and think you're fat on days you don't exercise or over eat. It's ridiculous and hypocritical. I know it's tough. I had an eating disorder for 2 years. I would binge, was bulimic, anorexic, depressed, and would cut myself. I think you should first start thinking of yourself as beautiful instead of having to be skinny to feel beautiful.

  • Since you are working out now a lot as you said, don't forget that you have to eat a protein bar or something before or after excersising:)

  • Comment removed

  • do you go to a therapist?

  • honestly u need to have a heart to heart wit one of ur family memebers about ur eating disorder...cuz they rly need to help u :)

  • you are beautiful just the way you are. you really do not need to worry about your weight at all, but i know, easier said than done. as long as you're healthy, that's all that matters. i really hope that you continue making progress and you can completely overcome your eating disorder. you're gorgeous and your body looks great just the way it is. just know that your subscribers are here for you no matter what. <3

  • stay strong beautiful girl! <3

  • its true that you feel better when u exercise, i took a weight training class at school last year and i felt so much better everyday, i no longer take it and i have like no stamina haha

  • I totally understand you. I think you are a strong girl! I love how your so honest. and I respect you. <3

  • U need to tell ur dad the truth He will help u sit down and talk to him, tell him everything and sit down to ask him to cook more often for u and tell him y also u can watch cooking shows and read books for simple ways to cook healty meals also eat leftovers they are great and u can make ur own healty salad with ur dad before dinner and u two might even enjoy it :)

  • You don't need your dad to cook for you .. you should buy the food that YOU like to eat and make it yourself.

  • You are beautiful

  • thank you for your honesty!

  • It's okay, I think I know what you mean. Sometimes I would forget to make food until the afternoon because I wouldn't really feel hungry and it's just not the first thing that's on my mind when I wake up. It's bad to not eat regularly but it happens at times, it's hard to make that routine a habit so quickly.

  • to everyone saying she needs help. dont you think that she is aware of what she is having problems with? if she didnt, she wouldnt make this video saying she knows what she did wrong. the last thing she needs is you guys commenting saying her flaws! we all have them so you all need to just keep your rudeness to yourselves!

  • You are so so so pretty, please don't forget it.

  • Laura, I just want to say that we all love you so much! Please take care of yourself and we will be there for you throughout this journey. I know you said in your video that you're confused as to what you're saying in the video, but I'm glad you put it out because you got a lot off of your chest. We're here for you and you will recover fully, I believe in you! <3 You're gorgeous.

  • so you are basiclly blaming someone else for your problem. The fact that your dad doesn't make you food doesn't change anything. You are 16 and you CAN go and make yourself dinner if you really want to. But you are a lazy ass, and that's your excuse for having eating disorder. It's easier for you to say, ohh I'm having problems, than actually thinking about how to change that or talking to someone!!!!!

  • laura i have the same problem. i feel like we never have food at my house and f my parents aren't around or don't make food, i just won't eat. it sounds lazy and stupid, but it's so true!

  • you are tiny i feel fat watching you :(

  • you dont need your parents to make u food,if u really want to be healthy you can make ur own if u really wanna be healthy. cook healthy is so easy and ppl thinks its hard but its not, i recommend buy a book or magazines of healthy dishes, google healthy food but simple and u would find alot of great choices. and remember your not 8 that your parents gotta cook for you if you can go shopping for make up and clothes you can do the same thing for groceries!!!

I hope you gets better soon :) loves

  • you are and always have been one of my favorite gurus. Your such a beautiful person, & I understand that you might not see yourself as that. I have a bestfriend that is obsessed with excersising and thinks shes fat but shes not even close to it. Your sooo pretty & dont ever let people think otherwise. things will only get better from here. (:

  • Good luck Laura, I understand what you mean when you say you ARE over the disorder but you still have bad days. A lot of people are saying well if you still have bad days you are not over it, but I think I know what you mean. Keep working hard girl, you're beautiful.

  • Your beautiful. <3

    & You're body is perfect,

but never stop eating that is so bad for your body!

  • @channelchic2000 Even if someone is skinny they still may develop an eating disorder, it is a psychologial disorder.

  • Comment removed

  • girl you are perfect looking. i promise you that. you dont look disgusting. the ppl who tell you this they look so bad that they have to put down someone else to make themselves feel better. you gotta be confident hun. 99% of the ppl tell you u look bomb and 1% are miserable ppl taht lie to make themselves feel good. :) hope this helped you :)

  • Don't make the mistake of workingout becoming your life. You should try talking to your family about it. Stay healthy and beautiful. :)

  • it seems like your relationship with your dad needs to be better for you to not worry about that but just worry about being healthy.

  • Laura you are beautiful from the inside and out and you know that we will support you all the way<3 you dont need to feel bad about eating, because in reality your feeding your body and making yourself stronger with the right foods (ex. fruits) i am a soccer player and I know that if you dont feed your body you get drained soo fast...we love you and hope you get better<333333

  • <3

  • Coming from a 17 year old girl who has gotten over an eating disorder, i know what you're going through but you can kind of tell through this video that you're almost lying to yourself, which is why you broke down at the end of the video b/c you realized it. You still have your eating disorder, b/c the fact that you still need your ADHD medicince to aid you through not eating shows it, it may not be as bad as previous times but you still have it. Please Please Please get some help, Laura.

  • You really should talk with your dad. And tell him to buy food. Or, tell him give me 100$ for the week I'll go buy it myself or something. Just tell him that it is very important for you. I don't know what kind of relation you have with him, if you're really able to talk 'seriously' with him, but don't forgot he his your dad, he loves you, he never gonna hurt you, he will listen to you. Personaly, I can't have a talk with my dad, but if I was in your situation I would certainly explain him :) <3

  • i have a feeling that you may be lying to yourself but i don't know you so i can't judge. please litsen to the two top rated comments!

  • it's the days that you feel fat and don't want to eat that you have to. I'm not saying go eat a double whopper, but you get what i mean. Get better and we are all wishing you good luck!!! :)

  • I can tell you have made progess :) Congrats. But, I still see you struggling , maybe you should talk to someone. It sounds like food is still being a bitch to you. Good luck!

  • i love ya girl keep doing u and u need to talk to your dad about taking u to get things u want ya know. how r u and ben or are u together???????????????

  • I'm at the same point too I don't wanna loose weight just stay healthy. And I used to have an eating disorder too but mine was compliance eating and exercise. It's when you eat and then feel bad about eating so go workout to burn it off. I'm basically over it...but I still have those days too

  • woah i had no idea you had an eating disorder im sorry you had to go through that im struggling too with mine im trying to not get better but... o well

  • Laura I hope you relize that we all love you and that we are all here for you. You may not be completly over your disorder, but your making progress and to me that is all that matters. I look up too and so does a lot of other people. We all have things that we need to work on and get better at. If you need to cry, cry we are here for you. Dont worry about what other people say. We love you, and will always be here for you! I hope you relize that you are very healthy and pretty. Dont ever forget.

  • I love you Laura! Stay stong, you can get through it! God is always there!

  • what eating disorder does she have ?

  • @Inguaa *did. The closest it is would probably be anorexia. She looks really healthy now:)

  • this video inspired me to go to the gym! I always sit on my computer and feeel so lazy. i am not overweight. but all i do is eat. I eat so much its crazy! I have gained 12 pounds within 3 months. I used to be 96 pounds and now i am 108. I am 5'3. I used to be underweight though but now i am about average. i am pretty much the opposite from you because i am on a pill that makes me hungry. it sucks!

  • you look just like jenna marbles

  • You still have an eating disorder. You have not recovered!

  • oh laura you dont seem happy D: you are a beautiful, intelligent girl who has a lot going for you! dont give up! i'll be praying for you!!!!!!!!!

  • ur my role model so much im also going tho a very rough time in my life being 17 years old does not get any easy as u age sigh

  • I really do not think you are recovered. You contradict yourself over and over saying you are recovered but you still have the eating disorder tendencies. I am a psychology major and it takes a LOT more than saying okay I'm gonna stop not eating...there is usually underlying issues.

  • A lot of people commenting don't really understand that most people never really get over it, but IT IS POSSIBLE to change your actions:) You will get over it!:) But I really do think that it is a good idea to surround yourself with good people who know what you're going through... You should talk to your dad at least a little about how you feel to clear the air... I know it sucks, but it will be worth it:) Also, get some friends or someone to keep you acountable:) I know you can do it!

  • "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us." Hebrews 12:1... I don't know if you're religious or anything, but I still like this verse... Don't be discouraged, because everyone who struggles with any kind of adiction or loss never really gets over it... Making the right choices is constant... We constantly have to remind outselves

  • you seem exteremly obessive with your weight.

  • Were you actually diagnoised with an actuall eating disorder?

  • You are amazingg <33 i think everyone is proud of your progress:) just keep doing the best you can and if you think it would be best for you you could see a professional, but only if thats what you want to do, not becasue a bunch of people on youtube are telling you to. we just want you to be halety and happy :) <3

  • :( ur so skinny

  • Soooo basically, your not proud of how you lost the weight, but your still happy about the weight loss. It still doesnt seem like you have a healthy relationship with food, and it seems your over exercising to compensate for you beginning to eat food again. You need help girl.

  • @emsara101 Yeah. It's really hypocritical.

  • I feel like I could see you being a personal trainer when your older.

  • I just wanted to thank you for having the courage to post this and face the comments you know people are going to put. Although I do not believe anexoria can ever really be CURED, I do think you are trying to better yourself. I think you should reach out more to your dad, because it would be better if he can help you through this too,and monitor you more, instead of you monitoring yourself. I wish you luck Laura! <3

  • I wish you the best. You are a beautiful girl.

  • You do not sound recovered. Sounds like you're eating very little and over exercising, and are still obsessing.

    I hope it gets better.

  • Oh and FYI we are 13

  • Hi I think that you are doing great! I have a friend who is like that but she doesn't understand. I am really worried about her. She was really dark for the longest time and nobody could reach her. Then she turned to other things like alcohol and boys. I hope that one day she will be as strong and as happy as you

  • Laura! YOU ARE HEALTHY! :D I do not think in any way that you don't know what you're doing! You are getting muscle and I am so proud of you for realizing how terrible your old habits were/are. you must eat, to keep your metabolism going! eat, and full recovery is on the way.. slowly but surely. do not be afraid to talk to your peers.

  • you need help laura, It doesnt seem like you are over it .

  • just support her you guys, love is all she needs<3

  • I don't know why people are being rude about this. It's not your fault that you had a disorder so it's certainly not your fault that you are NOT over it. You will always have this...it will always be a part of you...but you are trying to become healthy and successful in your life! You are on the right path. You can't instantly stop your old habits of not eating, you need time. I think you are doing a great job and I support you!

  • Okay so a lot of you who are judging her are just assholes you have no idea what it's like to go through anorexia so stop acting like you know everything she says she's happy with her weight and it's a good weight honestly everyone should work out to get healthier. Maybe everyone should just stop judging her because it gets you no where.

  • Laura, I really like you, but sometimes I think you might be a bad influence to young women who are fighting the urge to obsess over their body image. You need to make more educational videos where you encourage viewers to exercise their MINDS. Coming from a guy, believe me... even a young woman as beautiful as yourself could lose a man's interest if you have nothing thoughtful to say. And "every girl CAN'T be beautiful" unless they're willing to learn some interesting facts to share.

  • you guys she knows what is best for her! please don't make it a bigger deal than it is <3 LOVE YOU LAURA!

  • ahh laura , hope it gets better soon <3

  • You can't recover from an eating disorder. Even if you feel better, you should talk to someone.

  • laura your normal dont worry about it:)

  • Excercising gives the feeling of accomplishment!:)

  • God bless you, I love you!

  • I just wanted to let you know you are beautiful inside and out... You as a youtube guru you have inspired me so much and I really appreciate you. ILOVEYOU <3 Stay strong girl, you truly are amazing. (:

  • 125-130 is NOT FAT ! and it's kind of ridiculous that you would think that. You need some counseling if you feel like you need medication .. That is not mentally healthy

  • Your really pretty and you look good I love these kind of videos

  • All these idiots giving her these weight loss sights to look up ummmm she's anorexic

  • and i think you should show us some clothing tips... :D

  • I think you (sorry for not reasponding to what this vid is about) but i think you should make more doing your hair and makeup vid. so i actually think you dont have a problum. u r very cute... ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @chellabella713 then what would you call it, exactly? Why do you need a doctor to tell you that you're unhealthy?

  • @chellabella713 its still an eating disorder!! she has a bad relationship with food and she is anorexic...

  • i think you're trying to convince yourself that you're more over it than you are. you're honestly beautiful and i hope you get better<33

  • lol ur like 50 pounds. retarded anorexic girls

  • @paulinakaczor7 you don't have to be rude. People struggle with different things in their lives, It's important to be supportive.

  • Comment removed

  • You should check out Undressed Skeleton on Tumblr. She has really healthy recipes that taste good and are easy to fix! She also has an amazing and inspiring weight loss story! Even though you're not trying to lose, maybe some of these recipes will help you to put good things in your body! We all love you Laura and I know you can overcome this!

  • Youre beautiful girl! i wish i had your shape. Keep up the good work! I get what youre saying you're doing fine :D

  • The last part of your video is so sad, but being 25, I can promise you that you'll grow out of this! I wish I could be more help, but just think of what you want to look like in 10 years...lack of food is going to age you really bad, damage your organs, make your hair thin...don't worry so much about fat as about refined sugar and sodium. only SOME food is the enemy

  • sometimes even if you are totally gorgeous, you still feel sh*t. feel sad for you. insecurity & aiming for too much perfection is all BS. get over it. seriously, just learn to love yourself.

  • Your seriously a great size!! Honestly, you don't need to worry about your weight. Your perfect, just the way you are! <3

  • You look beautiful! I don't understand why girls want to be stick thin..after having two babies, I dropped to 99 lbs. I thought I was so lucky, but my husband admitted to me that he thought I looked unattractive. I realized that being skinny is NOT sexy or pretty. I LOVE working out and eating healthy..muscle definition and some curves and healthy skin and hair are what's beautiful.

  • this is heartbreaking, to me its so obvious you were trying to make the situation seem less signifcant than it is. the video started out so positive and then went dowhill. you do need help laura:( we all love you and we all want you to feel better. youre beautiful from the inside out. this isn't met to bash you, it's just meant to try to tell you to tuth.

  • I know what ur going through just make some easy meals like sandwiches and pasta

  • Laura, I really hope you get better and I hope you get over all of these problems with your body and stuff, and... I don't really know if this is gonna help but I just want you to know that you don't need to feel bad about your body at all! You have a beautiful looking face AND body and I'm not saying that just to make you feel better, I'm saying that bc it's true! xx

  • you should learn to cook! and make yourself your own healthy meals. it'll help you get back on track on those days when you feel bad about eating... when you're hungry, eat, but make it something healthy! you'll feel better :)

  • Laura, you really need to tell your Dad how you feel about food in the house. Especially since you are trying to recover from an eating disorder, he really should be making an effort for you, naughty Dad!!You need to tell him the kind of things that you would like to eat and come up with some kind of meal plan. That drives me nuts that he finds time to cook with his girlfriend and not you.aargh parents!!!

  • Laura, you might want to get help. I know it's hard, believe me, I had anorexia when I was 16 and I remember one day I was so hungry I decided to eat something small but I couldn't, I would throw up. My body was used to not having food that it was rejecting it. That's when I realized I needed help. I'm 21 now and there's still days where I don't want to eat but I realize that eating a healthy meal isn't going to kill me. :) I know you can get thru this.

  • stay strong laura :) <333

  • You are looking so great! Beautiful and healthy :)

  • I know your gonna get through this :) and I have that exact same shirt! It's kinda weird seeing it on someone who's a completely different size tho ;) lol

  • Love you Laura ! :)

  • be healthy through your food if losing weight is not your aim

  • I'm very insecure about my body, and sometimes I'm afraid that I'm getting into an eating disorder... Sometimes I kind of forget to eat, and I always feel like I don't have time.. People often remind me to eat, and everytime it happens I'm like "Oh... I forgot to eat again." And it's really freaking me out... And at the same time I REALLY want to go to the Gym right now.. but because of an surgery I just had, I have to wait for two weeks.. it sucks.. We're all here for you Laura! Love you <3

  • @poojax16 how tall are you?

  • @absfactor123 oh wow! I'm only 5'5

  • please continue these vids!!!

  • Laura, God bless you. I agree with @LovelyMarvelous. You are not alone. On a lighter note... You need to learn to cook lol

  • I am a nutrition major in university and I really hope you are getting professional help for this because eadting disorders are NOT something you can 'recover' from on your own. It is 100% impossible.

  • Laura, it's very selfless of you to make this video about something so sensitive and maybe even embarrassing to you to try and reach out to those of us who also suffer from body issues. It's also very kind for you to think of us in that we ARE worried about you. We are your subscribers and your friends and your supporters and we love you and we do worry about your well being, so I personally really appreciate you putting yourself in this vulnerable position to let us know that you are okay.

  • Laura keep on striving to get to your goal you now we are here to help ans

  • its good to here that you are getting better :) stay strong sweety xo

  • How come you don't live with your mom anymore ??

  • not to be mean, but it doesn't sound like your "over the eating disorder." if you're taking pictures of your body everyday that might be a sign that you are still obsessed with your weight. and you get mad at yourself when you feel hungry it sounds like you still don't have a healthy relationship with food and working out. i think it might be good for you to see a professional because this is a lot to deal with on your own. i hope you get the help you need!

  • @melissamusiclova Think u took it the wrong way

  • @melissamusiclova She said she's not completely over it..

  • @melissamusiclova Hi she said "Of her progress." Not of anything else.

  • Laura, look at all these amazing comments!!!!

  • you look amazing laura just the way you are and you inspire alot of teenagers up to be confident about themselves and not to be weak. just because someone told you negative things means you are that. people who keeps on commenting about your physical appearances are those people who have insecurites in them. & they say mean things to people to feel good about themselves.

  • Comment removed

  • Stay strong Laura! Love you. I hope you "tame the beast" one day. :)

  • I'm happy you're doing better, Laura. That's absolutely great (:

  • I LOVE U. YOURE SUCH A STRONG PERSON <3

  • Im really glad that you have so many people that can help you through this. and thats really important. know that your beautiful no matter what. remember, food is good! hahah, also remember that when you go to the gym soo much, your working off all the calories that you eat. so make sure youre eating more calories than you burn daily! Just something to keep in mind! (: <3

  • You still have an eating disorder. Take it from someone who knows. Your going to the gym to burn off the calories that you eat and on the days you can't go the gym you starve. It's an obsession that will rule your life until you decide to get help. If your "still struggling", you still have an eating disorder. I'm not here to hate, this is just my opinion based on my own experience. You are not defined by a number on a scale or what size your jeans are. It's not the most important thing.

  • We're here for you!!!

  • @poojax16 because she is very tall

  • You're beautiful!!! <3

  • its good that your saying hat you want to help yourself because many people with eating disorders will always tink they are fat!

  • How can you be like 125-130 pounds and still have a really flat belly and look slim? I way like 105 but I have have fat on my belly. Like it's not flat. Why?

  • @poojax16 she is very tall- i believe she's like 5'9 or something?

  • @poojax16 a. she's probably taller than you...she's fairly tall. b. like she said- she has more muscle now and muscle weighs more than fat. c. genetics.

  • First of all I think my father would be really happy if I stop eating for a while. I get a question.. You lived with your mom right? Why did you move in with your father? I mean.. my parents are divorced and it is bad..

Well.. you seem healthier than you were in the last video you talked about it! It is good that you can open up your heart here.. i couldn't be so brave like this!
