I agree that there are major transportation issues in the Atlanta area, however the blame cannot be placed squarely on Governor Perdue. Transportation in Atlanta has become problematic for a number of reasons that goes back for a number of decades. This is not an easy issue and for Mr. Reed to suggest a tax would help solve the problem in reprehensible. I think it is important to explore alternative forms of transportation, as well as the possiblity of creating a new outer beltway.
