When this was on in the early seventies, we just had acquired color televisions, and Frequency Modulation (F.M.) radio was just becoming popular. The internet and cellular telephones were only used by the military. The Moon landing project was in full swing. It was thought new discoveries would change society, but the news has been covered up to protect the opulence of the few, at the cost of the vast majority of the population. Even today very few people are aware of what was discovered there.
