i know they look alike allot but i didn't think they would actually be related somehow !!

but if there parents knew each other i guess they might be cousins thats possible....

oh w8 while writing that i came up with another possibility ... do you remember the new york case.. shinshi's awesome mom told him that she learned few stuff from a magician- for her spy movie -, do u think that is him ... i would most likely guess so...

She is, but not as much as Kaito Kid. She appears in episode 76, OVA 4, and episode 219 as far as I know.
