frost is a win lose spec for pvp u can put alot of big crits out on anything but u have no heal moves well 1 whitch isnt very good and anouthr whitch requires a minion but still win loose . ma max crit with dps gear i think waz 10k into a lock and druid aoe howling blast =D

As frost there's no reason to kite rogues. Just pop IBFand IA while frostshocking him (glyphed i assume) to build up runic power, then bomb him with Frost Strikes (should also be glyphed) and obliterates when runes refresh and he's dead - that's around 20k damage, half of it unavoidable and only mitigated by frost resistance.
