Why do people call them "Accidents".... Whoever caused the crash is their fault. Being clumsy isn't an accident, drinking is not an accident, texting is not an accident, not wearing your seat belt is NOT an accident. If it's a failed brake then maybe the person should have checked up on their damn car. I don't know why people say they're accidents. They're not.

Now doing what people do like not wearing a seat belt, or not paying attention to the road is something you do on purpose. It's not subconsciously, it's on purpose. People obviously do these things because they think "Nah this won't happen to me, I'll be fine". Well guess what, when the shit hits the fan they're gonna be dead.

That's the whole point of an accident or mistake ,it's something you did without thinking of the re repercussions first. Yes they may have made an awful mistake, one I bet they will never make again.
