I always loved how this show portrayed the original Megaman series in a more mature manner it suited the series much better than the more kiddie approach in the games, I know thats what the X series was for but still watch an episode of this and then the intro to MM8 and you'll see what I mean, such a good cartoon hopefully it gets put on Netflix soon, Street Fighter and Devil May Cry are on there so hopefully soon...then again Capcom now hates Megaman so I wont hold my breath :(

@atomofish It's funny because the intro is animated by the same overseas japanese cartoon so it's kind of strange how that worked. At least the cartoon tried to stay as close to canon as they could. It still was a good americanized cartoon, probably better than most back then.

Actually, part of it was Japanese animated. Ruby Spears handled the in-show animation while Ashi Productions animated the Opening sequence. (And parts such as Megaman getting a robot's weapon) The difference in styles is as clear as day. A lot of cartoons in the 80's and 90's had some assistance from Japanese animators.
