I would have said that a trill on top of a bend wouldn't really be the same. The smallest trill that can be done is a semitone, so it wouldn't really be the same effect as vibrato, vibrato being made by very small changes in pitch. But doesn't stop you using it though. I'd never tried and just had a go and it makes for an interesting technique. Thanks.

Could this also be accomplished using a trill on the fret of the bend?
