  • What the fuck you asshole. How did the filter cover just magically come off? that's the reason I came here and I watched all 10 minutes of that. You're a dick.

  • can you please make a vid on how that electric choke works

  • I was really hoping this video would show where the oil filer was actually located, however that seemed to be the vital step you omitted the most

  • How l can change the termosta on fusion 06

  • Some constructive criticism.

I understand why people is frustrated w your video, you missed the most important thing which is how to remove the oil cartridge. U talked about many irrelevant things. I want to know what tool you need and HOW TO remove this relatively new type of cartridges.

  • enough about your stupid wrenches how did you get the oil filter cartridge off you skipped the only part that needs to be seen. everyone in the world knows how to loosen the frickin oil plug. my wife can do that and she is prego

  • @CochransGurl Right................. If you could loosen the oil plug then why couldn't you do the filter cannister then mister smart guy?

  • all of the oil filter wrenches slip sooooo how did you do it??? thats all im asking damn

  • many words, few action.

  • you are an idiot way to throw your hard earned cash down the toilet that engine was designed and tested using the motorcraft oil that is supposed to go in there and it is one of the most reliable cars you can buy after all i am sure that after all the millions of dollars that FMC spend designing the engine for the oil to be used in it you know better while you are doing no harm to the car with the royal purple you are gaining no benefit that can be measured as you said you have run conventional

  • @sschober1 I will let you know sir that I have seen an increase in fuel mileage since I have changed to Royal Purple. It could have been worse I could have used Penzoil or some other crappy brand of motor oil. So if in your case is right ford did spend millions to design the 2.3 Duratec think of it this way this is my contribution to the design so I at least have $63.00 spent in the design of this motor. Thank you thank you very much I'll be here all week!

  • You fuckin suck fuck your tools tool.

  • @lherrera0214 buha ha ha ha I don't know if I wanna laugh at this post or be offended by it. Ha Ha!

  • Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy dude welcome back! missed your videos. iv been putting Full Synthec in the Taurus is that ok? btw it hit 43k today. i know you prob kick me for doing this but im thinking about getting a Jaguar x-type =D

  • @BeeABaw Hey JT heck yeah man run the full synthetic in the Taurus that is actually what for is recommending you do or if you can't afford synthetic run a synthetic blend. Sometimes they say too but im not sure I believe it is once you run synthetic you better keep running it and not switch back to conventional. Nah man I like Jaguar I think they make great cars that are on the high end scale.

  • Royal purple is good stuff. I see those fusions at work all the time, they are pretty cool cars. Changing the oil can kinda suck a little

  • @RoadWarrior72 I sure hope it is for the case it cost me 107.00 at my local Napa, but it will be worth it to know that the motor is in the best hands oil wise anyway. I like mine fuel economy is the best so I can save up to drive my 72 around. Yep for this car its a little more time consuming but I think in my mind it could be worse I bet you know with your oil plug too on your 72 ford.

  • @1972FordF100 Oh ya it's a fun drain plug too get to for sure...

  • also glad to see you back here Richard!!! :)

  • oil changes are even easier on my '77 F-150 lol the suspension lift sure gives you tons of clearance! don't need a jack or anything! just slide under, and you can pretty much sit up!!! lol lol also my drain plug is really easy to get at, why is the '72 so difficult? is it the Twin I beam setup? as my Front Dana 44 allows lots of space! :)

  • interesting, i didn't know Ford went to the old style cartridge on the Fusion, i wonder how many of there other engines have this? it may seem old, but i like the fact you can see what's in the filter, with out cutting it open, thus you can see metal shavings and debris, also what's even more shotty is the GM Blazer's and Jimmy's used to have there oil filters separate from the motor, thus you could blow a line or crack a line, and you got a oil leak!

  • hell yeah more videos! oil changes are freaking easier on a lift. older cars also make the process easier.

  • @FatGuyWithAKatana Thanks Gabe glad you enjoy them. I do agree a lift is a heck of a lot easier too bad i don't have the space or money for one lol. Yeah some older cars are a sinch to change the oil on them although the drain plug is easier to get to on this 07 fusion than it is on my 72 f100 lol.

  • @1972FordF100 hell ya, oil changes are generally way easier on older and classic cars, unless its a Classic Mustang or Cougar with a huge 427 or 428 or 429 crammed in! but then many big block cars in general are a pain to service, as the engine bays are tight at times,
