yes you have to have host. to see if you have host in construct you must shoot at a sentinel. if you can kill it you have host if you cant do dont.

this hasn't been patched, you don't have to be an elite, it works in matchmaking, you don't have to be in forge, you don't need to overload the guardians and you won't get banned if you do this in matchmaking. i heard you do have to be host to do it online though but i dunno.

i have done this before. i overloaded the map by placing all 4 trip mines and setting the run time minimum to 4 (you do this by going to one of the mines and hitting (x) and then (x) again, this brings up the run time menu) once you've set the run time stand on the mines and keep placing them till the grav lifts stop working.

It's not in matchmaking. At 0:49 , you can see a teleporter. There are no teleporters on construct during matchmaking. He either overloaded it in a custom or in forge.
