I have nothing against the pit bull, if raised and trained correctly they are great dogs, and I've met many who were sweethearts. The problem is 9 out of 10 people who want a pit, shouldn't own pits. People get pitbulls because they want a tough, scary dog, and they train it to be that way. Those of you who just love them as a breed and treat them like family are saints, those of you who just want your balls on a leash....don't deserve to have any form of life under your care.
I'm not really sure why the title says this baby is Vick's worst nightmare. This pup had nothing to do with Vick & I fail to see the connection, maybe just that the pup is a Pit? Don't lose sight of the fact that there are still many others out there that continue to fight dogs. Just because they aren't public figures, doesn't make their deeds any less horrible.
Regardless, I love the fact that they have invented a way for these injured critters to live normal lives. Bless this family & Pit!

My Dachshunds have bitten more people than he did, oh right he bit no one, a low growl is all it took to defend.
Well that's just too frakk'n bad ain't it.. I had to kill one those to save my girlfriend from getting mangled up. A crushed skull works everytime. But first you stab it completely through the jaw hinge area, then twist to release it. Well, we got a pretty penny from the former owner. And till this day I make life miserable for that fat ahss sorry sot! 3 months jail time and community service is not enough imho.

I have a pitbull myself, and she is a certified service animal. She goes EVERYWHERE with me. I adore pitbulls and the breed, I just do not like it when people use them for fighting or make them mean. That's sad :(. My dog Bailey, was abused and we adopted her from a second chance program my sister was doing as community service. Both her hind legs were broken and she has a patch of fur running down her spine that will not grow back,and it looks burned. Lucky her she still has the ability to use all her legs and she is the sweetest dog ever. Weird thing is she's also a Pitbull(But Labrador mix).

I´m one of those guys. I´ll try to explain so you can get an idea of what is behind those ideas Through live you hear and see things that humans do which grow a feeling of mistrust inside of you. I wouldn´t put my dogs life above all humans but above many humans. A torero for example, or a gang member looking guy, or a guy who says something like Don´t stay there you son of a bitch and come help me and the list goes on. There are many people I would definitely not miss.
