i'm sorry. i got messed up as few people asking about the venue instead of the occasion. if i'm not mistaken, it was delivered before 2008. the reason of saying this, Maulana predicted the economic upheaval and recession that took place for real in US, 2008. and he talked about it as if it didn't happen yet (in one the lecture's parts). that is how i make the conclusion.
