The last time we Muslims had any scientists was like a 1000 years ago. I believe it was called the Medieval age. Most advancements in Science have occured in the previous (20th) century. Mention ONE Muslim scientist who invented anything significant in the past 600 years! Science and faith are two completely different things. Please don't ever mix the two up!

Can't you see how Dr.Zakir Naik has been running around the world for the past decade like a bull in a china shop with no match from that particular class of intellectuals? The reasons why Muslims are backward in science today is because of their political circumstances, and it has nothing to do with religion.

Pakistani shia Government are killing innocent Muslim Ummah in Wazirastan, Balochistan, Karachi and many other part of Pakistan. Ahl E Sunnah Wal Jammat condmned their terrorism in Islamic countries.
What does studying medicine have to do with religion? Medicine is Science and Science has nothing to do with religion or faith. Science by nature is secular!
