Sorry but you need to get your facts straight before you post. You're seriously embarrassing yourself with wrong information. All I can say is that Shinhwa's T.O.P isn't much of an original either. Both songs (Remember & TOP) parodied Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake. That's why they sound the same!

part2 of my comment...And another thing, refrain from saying that S.H.E copied Shinhwa's T.O.P because they didn't. A part of Remember and T.O.P's melody aren't the same, only the part where both songs parodied a symphony. Regarding lyrics, nope, they're not the same. So, you can't say that S.H.E copied theirs, because if they did, it would be called a remake/cover. Besides, they can't release a cover/remake without the rights. So, if they did, they'd have the rights to it
