  • if Air Do flies from tokyo haneda, the question is @3:15 you can see the Garuda Indonesia A330-300, Garuda dont fly to haneda, the fly to narita... hhmmmm

  • @5:20 THE BEST landing, i think the passengers thought that they still were in the sky .

  • 7:39 Nicest thing I've seen in aviation in a long time!

  • @Amar7605 Well, not just aviation... all of humanity, too!

  • @Amar7605 I have experienced this in China too, asian airlines are the best!

  • It's funny how they salute at the aircraft on every departure hehehe. Japanese people are so polite and educated, you have to love them =)

  • does a 400nm trip need such a high altitude FL410?

  • @50121300 yeah, here in Brazil a flight from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro (sbgr-sbgl) an Airbus A319 fly at an altitude of 39000 ft ! and it is a very short flight 49 minutes,

  • @50121300 The higher you fly the lower is the fuel flow :) So yes.. every airline is taking it as high as possible during a flight... 400NM is more than enough to take it up to FL410.. the plane is then very light due to low fuel,so the rate of climb will be pretty high :D

  • @50121300 it depends on the pilot. in this video the pilot clearly stated it is the most heavily travel route in the world. so expect alot of airliners in your areas.

  • Very nice indeed...

    Nelson

  • Wow that was an extreme climb to 41,000 at 4:00 great vid.

  • 5:23 smoothest 767 landing ever

  • Awesome video !

  • Why would the plane climb to such a high altitude for such short flights?? I didn't know that any model of the 767 could climb at 6,000 feet per minute!

  • Cool! Seeing the ground crew wave and bow to the plane/pax is something I didn't know they did!

  • @iwannaplaycs even when 2 bullet trains cross other in japan, the motorman make it a point to salute the oncoming ones.thats the way of life here in japan.respect everything and everyone.

  • 41,000 ft for a flight that lasts 1 hour?

  • @flyzapva This is normal for domestic carriers. In Canada, for example, the YUL (montreal) YYZ (toronto) flights usually climb above FL 300 (30 000') for a flight that is about 1 hour enroute. note: the altitude is usually higher in the summer, because of the higher troposphere.

  • @flyzapva Faster speeds, less fuel.

  • @flyzapva NORMALLY THE CLIMB TAKES AROUND 15 MINUTES AND THE DESCEND IS BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MINUTES SO IN A FLIGHT OF 60 MINUTES YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES IN CUISE PHASE, THE HIGHEST LEVEL IS USED UNTIL IT´S ALLOWED AFTER PERFORMANCE CALCULATION. IT´S BECAUSE AT HIGHER LEVEL THE AIR IS LESS DENSE, IN OTHER WORDS LESS WORK FOR ENGINES AND HIGHER SPEED.

  • When were these Air Do flights filmed? Thanks!

    I enjoy your videos!

  • AWESOMEE

  • 41000 ft. is very high! I am guessing it is due to the highly demanded airspace over Japan.

Is it usual in Japan that the ground crew salute every departing plane?

  • @GianiDC In japan yes its usual. I really love it

  • Brilliant as usual. Thank you.

  • The best ! ;)

  • how does the pilot see the marshaler if hes under the plane??!!

  • @crayz745 the marsheller is telling another marsheller thats high up if the plane is exactly on the stopping line

  • @crayz745 thats what im trying to figure out!
