Family conflicts is a major issue on this planet. Just look at all the people in therapy! Unfortunately, parents are so busy that no one has the time to address conflict in a more calm, loving, and centered way. There is a great article about it here I hope families learn to be more patience and find the positive from conflict.
In my opinion, family conflicts are mostly about money and material interest. Conflict-loving-people think "scarity". They view that resource will always limited. Thus, they initiate conflict some that more political power on hand, and then get more resource.
I can't help but think that if fewer people were in conflict at home that we'd have more peace in the world. Thanks for your comment, @mamajanedo
