She made up that idea without a single shred of evidence to support it. It has been disproven so many times, even by her conservative friends. This video jogged a memory from my childhood. In 8th grade my middle school got tagged up with spray paint. The next day, in social studies, a "guest speaker" who was a police officer came to teach us kids about finger printing. We then broke into groups of 5 or so, and the police officer printed us. We actually thought it was a nice change from our regular class activates. Looking back I now realize that the officer and school were conducting an illegal investigation into the tagging. Not cool.
