Poor You..it looks a shithole, I stayed in Chad in Afica my hotel had no running water, no aircon and the toilet was out of order..it was a no go zone at night time...and if you did not like big spiders this was not the hotel for you!! OOOOO, it had a swimming pool for the day time to cool down in the heat...the only problem was it had no water in it for the last 10 months
If you knew where Binh Dinh was (in the middle of nowhere), you would see I didn't have alot of choices (It was the only hotel in the vicinity - hence the reason why they didn't care to clean up the condom and change the sheets). Oh hell yeah I would have stayed at the Ritz Carlton if they had one! I was definitely not being cheap! I had a pocketful of dongs baby!!!
I had an "adventure" like that one time in Montevideo, Uruguay in a $7/night room. It was moldy and disgusting. There were pubic hairs in the sink, and the shower was nothing more than a hole in the middle of the bathroom ceiling that dripped out cold water when you turned the rusty handle. Not only that, there were prostitutes and their "Johns" going in and out of the place all night. Yuck!

you were just being cheap and got a cheap room.
i got a room for $25 and it was like a house.
bigg matresses, showers and a bathtub and everything a normal hotel would have... =)
