thejuicemedia - I'm not an aboriginal person, but I won't celebrate Australia Day until the union jack is off the flag; there's a treaty or some recognition of the past truths and future ownership of the land; and until govts start a real educational process on TV and the Internet re ugly racism.I don't know how indigenous people function with the ugly attitudes on these sites, and on a daily basis.I feel ashamed.I feel for the kids-how do they function with this hate?

Now of course, there are places were your going to be bashed by white teens as well; no ones denying that. My problem is that you seem to claim its all one sided, there is a far bigger picture that your failing to see.

I'll travel to inner city Brisbane city and see homeless Aboriginals wondering the street, much like I'll see homeless "white" people. Are we to blame their "homelessness" on Aboriginals? No.. because we have no idea of their story, much like..

I just watched the movie"Australia" starring Nicole Kidman & Hugh Jackman. I'm 57yrs old and never heard anything about the "Stolen Generation" of the Aboriginal People. ALSO - I used to date a man whose mother was full blooded Commanche Indian and alot of their ways are the same as the Aboriginal People.
