okay when I try to kick flip most of the time I do a varial by accident. I dont land it but it does the varial motion. sometimes it doesnt even get that far and just does a shuvit(I can do shuvits btw)

I did this and got stuck in a rut. its a bad habit. yeah the board does flip, but you want to flick it to flip it, not push down. if you push down you will stand at a 90 degree angle compared to your board. just go crazy with it and dont try to get too technical, and just barely pop. don't think about it to much, just remember to flick and barely pop

Yea, end umm...u should get in manual positions and try flicking like that then u'll get kicfklips. or try if ur not used to ur regular or goofy stance,switch to the opposite like if ur like regular then go goofy and if ur goofy go regular!
