late 90s early 2000s was the golden age of football. so many legends playing the game at their prime at the same time. zizou, ronaldo, giggs, davids, figo, rivaldo, roberto carlos, henry, ronaldinho, del piero, inzaghi, raul, vieri, seedorf, larsson, kahn, maldini, thuram, pires, ljunberg, shearer, owen, i could go on forever. kids these days watchin CR7 and Messi, while theyre good, they will never have the same joy we had.

Sorry... It was a little ambigious. I meant that english club teams like today. Today what you see is mostly prem league teams against prem league teams. They are very good, but the truth is that they don't really have opponents cuz clubs, that were great back then, like real, bayern, and others has decent teams today, only Barcelona and Milan were up to them in the last few years.
