@MrRicegrains RightStuf licensed the series a while back and you can buy it on DVD now. However, I believe aarinfantasy still has the fansubs if I'm not mistaken. If you can't find it here on Youtube, then try that! Also, it may be on a site that streams anime, but I don't watch streams so you'd just have to check around the net for them. Hope this helps a little!

The PANDAs are not smoking, they're holding the mosquito coils to ward off mosquitoes during the summer. They are typically made in the shape of PIGS, not PANDAs and they are called katori buta. Hope that helps :)
