The version which I'm talking about starts with..."aaa aaaaaaaah. Aaa aaaaaaaaaa. Aaa Aaaaaaaa. Aa aaaaaaaaaaaa and then dum must qalander must must....
Oh thanx but I was actually looking for the version that only has some tabla and harmonium and did not have any guitar or drums. That version in India used to be featured in the coco cola as long time back... But hey this is equally good as well. I'm a bif nusrat sahib fan...From Delhi, India...
@need4peace: actually it is this one that featured in the Coca Cola commercial but I think I know the one you are referring to.Was it a traditional one? As in no foreign instruments? If you still have not found it I can upload it for you.
ohh..plz do!! haha its funny that I posted that comment some 10 months back and only now that I have found a good human like you who responded hahaha....
It is sad to see that these melodies are associated with drugs and drunkards, whereas the meaning is pure and associates complete submission to God. What a pity that the listeners are intoxicated by these words for the wrong reasons.
i remember we used to get totally drunk then on top get stoned then we would put this song and just drive from peshawar to islamabad city..strange thing is we could never recall the trips what happened on the way..the good ol days
Finally! I heard that song on the radio a few years ago and I liked it so much that when I discovered that the radio was broadcasting the same playlist every night (yeah, a poor one ;) I was staying up late at night just to listen to that song. There was no possibility for me to find out how it was called and when after a month(!) the radio changed the playlist I "lost" the song. And now I found it! :))) Thanks for posting it!
no problem dude :p...I too found myself mesmerized by his entrancing voice...especially when he is lost in his work like this...peace and do keep enjoying more music :P
yea for those of u wondering "wat the is wrong with this guy?! wats with the random zooms everywhere?!" well thats because it was made with auto"movie"producer...so its all auto ;P...but plz enjoy
