As someone who has seen a ghost before, with the cloudy looking figure makes me believe it could be real. It does look like it is walking, but the ghost I saw was floating. And usually paranormal activity can also be associated with an apparition or apparitions. A ghost figure can be faked easily by today's technology, but it doesn't mean that ghosts don't exist. With the paranormal events as well as the ghost figure, it could very well be real.

People are questioning the validity of this based on a presumption that ghosts, and/or spirits are translucent? This seems absurd and questionable, especially when you're willing to invalidate an anomoloy based on preconceived and untestable information that is most likely based in myth and fairy tales. The figure walks through an object and the object is visible within the form as it passes. If this isn't curious and at least worth further inquiry, I don't know what is.
It looks like a decent piece of ghost footage. You can almost see it shifting back and forth. Especially when the investigator looks kind of toward it.
And I think the cameras "eye" can see it in that other plane of existence and the investigator can't. Our eyes aren't capable of registering it. That's probably why people say they can feel it get really cold when they feel like something is going through them but they can't see it. I think that ghost draw in alot of energy so that's why it gets cold

Looks like it was filmed with an infrared DVR system, so it's too pixelated to see clearly, but this would be extremely hard to duplicate by an amateur. My rule is "when in doubt, throw it out", but if I were the paranormal investigators who caught this, I'd have to show the world too. Then let the skeptics try to debunk it.

I watched the ghost hunters episode recently and they picked up a similiar 'shadow' figure walking at the foot of the stairs, not sure if it was a technical problem with their thermal imagery as they weren't to sure about it during the review , but the shadowy figure caught on this video looks similar

I drive past this several times a week. Ghost Hunters made it look like it was out in the middle of the woods, but it's actually behind an Uno's Pizza, right in suburbia, USA.

1. there are four distinct breaks in the film.
2. the figure is a normal human figure walking backwards to attain a disjointed quality to the movements.
3. the investigator in the frame rocks slightly back and forth in time with the footsteps of the figure.
4. there are a set of automobile lights that are mysteriously going backwards and then the frame skips and the headlights are going forwards again.
This is clearly hoaxed footage. Very badly hoaxed I might add.

looks real to me... walks like an elderly ghost. what sdo some people need to see to not think something is fake? I took a picture of where I work - where some people died violent deaths years ago and a man's face is very clear on it. I know its not fake, everybody who sees it says its real - but one friend - the skeptic - just refuses to accept it when its as clear as day. Who cares about the skeptics.

I'm sorry but its fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its dark in there and that could be ANYONE with some dark sheet or something dark on walking past. And that girl was probably told NOT to acknowledge that that person was walking by. And if it WERE real then the sound wouldn't have been taken away. So its FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. I've seen lame videos and I've seen good vidoes and this one is in the lame catagory.

On this vid I it is hard to tell if this is fake or real I say fake but I hope I am wrong. Because if it is indeed real then it is one of the best recorded manifestation of a ghost I have seen.

Very interesting. I've visited Vallentown in the past. It's a cool old historic building. I have heard stories about it being haunted. The tour guide never did allow us to go up to the third floor. Cool video btw. I live about a half hour drive from there.

because if someone was to fake this vid the background is obviously real but the ghost in the vid moves by the cross and you can see the ghost is transparent with the cross showing in the background which to me says the video is authentic

Hey, have you guys seen mastud's "graphic ghost footage" video? It's a hoax. He fabricated the entire story. Go to Lorraine Warren's website. Check CNN as well. Neither of them mention the story at all. Oh, and as for that "hair pulling" video he keeps claiming was banned from YouTube, I checked with some of the guys responsible for monitoring YouTube's content, and they said such a video has never existed. If you call him on it he'll delete your comment. What a loser.

That didnt seem scary at all, just a ghost walking normally past a cross. Something tells me that it might be faked, cause wouldnt the investigator notice a chill in the air, or something?? It walked right in front of her, she could of possibly caught a small glimpse of it. Sorry, it aint fool proof.

i think its an investigator sitting in a chair near the window, possibly a double exposure like susie said, around 50 sec, there is a flash that comes from around the area you would think his hand is, whether its a camera or an instrument light, i dunno
