I then signed up for a 26 week , 1 night a week course in Chattanooga, TN. If you want you can take the book to a counselor and show the parts that pertain to you. They will help you find the right counselor to talk to.
You will feel relief a little at a time so stick with it. May God lead you in the ways of righteousness!

As a former LS facilitator, you cannot find a better program for personal growth and learning tools to do life in a more healthy way!

Dr. Hegstrom's program reveals the frustrations I have had over the years and helps me understand others responses to me.
Get his book "Broken Children, Grown Up Pain" It will open a window to some of your frustrations in life. Hope to start a program in Nashville, TN
