  • Idiot commentators aside, great video that's still relevant today.

  • RON PAUL IS WELCOME IN MY HOOD

    Yonkers Ny

  • Also -

Ron Paul has supported a constitutional Amendment for school prayer.

    He sponsored a resolution -- H. J. RES. 78 (1997) -- for a PUBLIC SCHOOL PRAYER AMENDMENT

    That's not very constitutionalist....y

  • Of course that's Constitutional, Government was refrained from regulating religion. Look in the past don't be brainwashed by the one world government BS you've been taught in school. Read the writings of the founders and then get back to me.

  • Separation between church and state means no prayer in school. It means freedom of religion, it means freedom from religion. I think that's a good thing, of course "Dr." Paul doesn't when he says:

"Certainly the drafters of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, both replete with references to God, would be aghast at the federal government's hostility to religion"

Fun fact: This will add, for the first time, the word "God" into the constitution. Reading the amendment.

  • At the risk of severe irony, thank God for Engel v. Vitale and Abington Township School D v. Schempp

  • The constitution only prevents congress from creating laws in regards to religion. No more, no less.

  • @chewbaca1989 Take your own advice.

Public schools are state government funded programs and for there to be a time or prayer in school in a country of diversity would be hypocritical to the first amendment unless you were to give a moment of prayer for every religion present. If you were to only do prayers for one faith that would be government promotion of a religion, which the founding fathers told us to avoid. Ever heard of separation of church and state? Keep you prayers in Christian school

  • @Sean554

There is no such provision or law: "Seperation of Church and State".

Furthermore that line is taken out of context.

  • Here it is, as it was was happend:

GOP Values Voter Presidential Debate Sep 17, 2007:

Question for Ron Paul: "Will you encourage a more open approach to the presentation of scientific facts that contradict the theory of evolution?"

    Ron Paul: "Yes".

Anyone with half a brain can decode the rhetoric of the question; We are talking Creationism. But ont he surface, the average Joe would have no idea about that, just like the "Academic freedom" bill masquerades itself like this.

  • The whole Louisiana thing is explained in the following article: Boycotting the state of Louisiana

Google for that and it'll the whole Bobby Jindal thing I mentioned.

  • Yea, i've heard all about the neo-con Bobby Jindal case, and i despise that moron.

Government should not be used to mandate educational platforms.

We need to get government out of the school system. Just look at America's 'global education statistics' ever since the dept. of education was founded.

Ron Paul is by far the most constitutional candidate in Washington, it's not even a contest.

Government intervention is the problem! Not teachers, not parents and most definitely NOT students!

  • please show me some clear evidence of Ron Paul pushing for creationism, evolution or even history to be taught in government schools.

I severely doubt there is any, but perhaps you can prove me wrong :-)

Ron Paul does not want to use government power to tell people what to do, how to live or what to learn.

He wants people to make those decisions themselves, free of government influence.

  • Oh and i agree with you about creationism... i would never want my kids learning that crap in school.

However, i would never force another person to train their kids the same way i have. Freedom is important, and truth will show itself through freedom.

In a truly competitive education market, where schools ACTUALLY compete for clients... creationism wouldnt last long, when the schools that teach evolution, out-perform them in science statistics ;-)

  • Basically what it comes down to is that saying the Earth is 5000 years old and then calling it science... is in fact NOT science. Take a wild guess as to why the people pushing creationism are called Creation science EVANGELISM.

  • So what, that's their prerogative and up to their conscience. Pick your poison, the new religion is globalism and global warming. You will tithe 13% to Al Gore and his cronies. The difference between Ron Paul and Al Gore is that one will force you to tithe to the Global Banks the other won't.

  • See the point here is, though, that in a few weeks or months, children in Louisiana are gonna enter the classroom, and there's gonna be a Christian evangelist being payed by the government to tell these impressionable minds that the Earth is 5000 years old, and that Jesus rode on dinosaurs who only became carnivorous because of man's sin, and that the very foundation of modern biology -- The theory of evolution -- is wrong and that a wizard in the sky made us.

    That's unconstitutional.

  • Addendum to the punchline: Because they want it in PUBLIC schools.

  • The problem with your argument is you aren't digging deep enough

The Department of Education itself is unconstitutional. Ron Paul would gradually try to get the government out of the education system and restore it to the free-market so that schools are accountable to the parents, not the government

In the free-market, If there are enough parents that want creationism taught in school someone will supply that demand & open a school for it

Nothing wrong with that so long as no one is forced!

  • If that happened, that would a dangerous rift and most likely destroy science. Read up on the Discovery Institute and their "Wedge Strategy". They're having success in several states now. In the past, their Creationism was shut down twice: Dover vs. Kitzmiller and Mclean vs. Arkansas, and you're telling me that the government should be doing nothing when parents complain that their children are taught that Jesus rode on dinosaurs and the earth is 6000 year old? Something's wrong with that.

  • That's the problem Ron Paul represents to me: He would remove the recourse that parents have to defend their children from Creationist indoctrination in public schools, and as I said, he supports it. Now the thing about Creationists dying out is not a good enough reason - In Louisiana where they've just raped their constitution and are teaching "magic man don' it" in public schools, the leading scientific society has now boycotted the state. So everyone suffers under Creationism.

  • This shows me that you don't actually understand Ron Paul's positions all that well.

He is a constitutionalists, and there is NO AUTHORITY in teh constitution for the Government to mandate what is taught in schools. NONE!

RP would NEVER mandate that Evolution OR creationism be taught in school. He believes that has NOTHING to do with the governments intended role.

It's time we make the teachers accountable to the parents, not the government

Government is the problem, not the schools ;-)

  • And in the free market, competing schools would obviously be teaching Evolution and REAL science, since there would CLEARLY be demand for that

And the schools that teach real science would likely outrank the schools teaching creationism, in global education statistics, and the creationists would be more likely to die out

The problem is government controls the public school system and tries to force people to learn the "one way"

Ron Paul would NEVER endorse putting creationism in science class

  • But Ron Paul has supported it. Ron Paul was among several GOP candidates who would support the "teaching of scientific facts opposing evolution". Not only does he support Creationism, he did it in the worst possible way like Bobby Jindal did: The stealthy way. Or rather, the mediator of the debate did, and Ron Paul showed his willingness to not only support Creationism, but to do so in a deceptive way (like all Creationists). Champion of the constitution? Everything but the Establishment clause.

  • Don't claim Global Warming is science either.

  • Don't dismiss global warming, you're not a scientist. Yeah, a lot associated with it is bullshit, but Al Gore is not the spokesman for actual scientists working on this. He's a publicity kind of thing, but he's a very fucking poor salesmen for it because he can't even get his facts straight. Don't confuse useful idiots with actual knowledgeable people, regardless of how popular they are.

  • I agree Al Gore is a damn fool who can't keep his facts straight

I'm a former weather observer, myself and know many people in the weather industry

I personally think all of these new regulations based on global warming and c02 emission theories, are absurd. Humans only account for 2-3% of ALL of the earths CO2 output.

The recent warming trends of our earths climate cycle is much more likely due to increases in sun spot activity, in my opinion but the debate is still on, i admit.

  • EikC, What you're saying in practice is that only people who share your views or opinions are worthy of being heard. Only those who share your godless views are smart and enlightened.

I'm amused at this new liberal interpretation of "tolerance." "You have to agree with everything I say without question or you're an unenlightened stupid bigoted moron."

Great premise for an open discourse on the issues.

The sad reality is that this is what our society has boiled down to.

  • I think you missed my point: Creationism is not science. It's religion, and forcing religion upon people is a violation of the establishment clause, whether it's Creationism or mandatory prayer in class. Kind of strange that you classify evolution as "godless" since many people believe in God AND evolution at the same time. Biologist Kenneth Miller is a shining example. Science doesn't touch God, therefore it cannot be for or against; it cannot measure the supernatural.

  • Also, "liberal interpretation"? The judge who presided over the Dover trial was Rick Santorum, a conservative judge appointed by George W. Bush. Let me guess: He's another one of those darn liberal activist judges?

  • EikC, Jefferson was against some of the institutions of his day, but he was a thinker who contemplated his spiritual man & wrote differently at different points in his life. The 1st Amendment gives maximum freedom to EXPRESS religious belief. The goal here was to keep gov't from setting up a state religion & allow all to worship, assemble, speak, etc... You're writing from a myopic perspective with 1/2 truths. There is a debate. It doesn't mean that one side or the other are liars or hypocrites.

  • The REVOLUTION has just begun.

  • Ron Paul is a Creationist, and he voted yes when asked if he would support undermining evolution in schools.

You can't call yourself a constitutionalist, and then at the same time support throwing the Establishment Clause out the window. Doesn't work that way.

  • Do you think people today have a better understanding of what the framers of the Constitution wrote than they themselves did?

Those who wrote the Constitution prayed. They instituted prayer in Congress. They were Creationists. For our first 150 years we had a very different understanding of "the establishment clause."

Consider that the entire basis for our existence as a nation is that our CREATOR has granted us "certain unalienable rights." Our rights come from GOD, not the Constitution.

  • *sigh*

    Christian revisionism and downright stupidity.

  • OK, substitute Natural Rights, if you can't stomach God given. Happy? Good.

  • Revisionism? Check out the Declaration of Independence sometime. Note the words "God" and "Creator." Who is doing the revising here? Maybe you want to break out that dusty dictionary of yours. Stupidity? Well, that's what's nice about living in the US. We can have differing opinions and still live together in peace. Maybe you also want to learn how to form an intelligent argument to support your positions. It's too easy to call people "stupid" just because you don't agree w/ them.

  • You also have something called the establishment clause within this constitution that you hold so dear. Creationism has been shut down twice: First in McLean vs. Arkansas, then in Kitzmiller vs. Dover. So Creationism = Unconstitutional, and when Ron Paul says that he wants it taught in schools, he's a liar and a hypocrite.

By the way, Thomas Jefferson, the main author of the declaration of independence was very much against religion. Check out some of his quotes on Christianity.

  • Well, we've gone from "stupid" to "liar" and "hypocrite." You need to expand your mind, read a little history, and learn some manners. There is a huge philosophical debate going on in the US. The last 40-50 years has ushered in a huge cultural change in our society. Previously the Bible was recognized by the Supreme Court as a good source of morals and values, so what is "unconstitutional" today was very constitutional yesterday. It depends who you rely on for the interpretation...

  • Check out these State & Fed Supreme Ct decisions:

    Runkel v. Winemiller (1799) (Maryland)

People v. Ruggles (1811) (New York)

United States v. Church of the Holy Trinity

Billard v. Board of Education (1904)

Wilkerson v. City of Rome (1922)

    Carden v. Bland (1956)

See, there WAS history before 1962

There are 2 sides to all debates.

"The constitutional freedom of religion [is] the most inalienable and sacred of all human rights." --Thomas Jefferson: Virginia Board of Visitors Minutes

  • That doesn't really answer anything. People prosecuted for insulting Jesus? My my what a nice freedom of speech you have. And prayer in school is unconstitutional: It's basic stuff: If you force people to pray, you're forcing religion upon them. By the way, note the the time where these verdicts took place. Yep, back in the good way old days. Back when it was still believed that Atheism is satanism... oh wait, most Americans still believe that.

  • Very well said.

  • HELL YEA RON PAUL

    OBAMA IS A COMMUNIST

  • This is wonderful! Five stars from me too, though you deserve more.

  • 5*****

  • word. smoke killa herb, son!

  • I like the music and vid..but info is a bit inaccurate. Everything about Paul seems to be on point, but the reference to Obama is not entirely accurate.

  • how cool is this video, a RAP video about politics. Your info is not accurate dipshit!!!!!

  • Obama is CFR scum and should be disqualified along with Clinton and McCain! Our only hope now is Ron Paul, the only one who will follow our CONSTITUTION! Ron Paul for the long haul!

  • Obama The Liberator 08!

  • sorry your info is wrong....obama doesn't want to go to war in iran

  • duh, Obama is a globalist=force=war.

  • For those in doubt simply review their voting records. OBAMA voted to increase funding to the war in Iraq (I don't see that as consistent.) He has also refused to commit to a time table for withdraw (even 5yrs from now.) I have heard him say that if Pakistan did not do what we want we would "just go in there" and I believe he has made similar comments about IRAN. I also dont understand how he can listen to and support Mr. Wright's group. Katrina victims? Read Not Yours to give - about Crockett.

  • Great piece about Crockett. President Obama is going to do the bidding of his globalist handlers, no doubt. Dr. Paul has good ideas in theory, but he's just one man. We need to get more people with integrity in Congress who will actually follow the Constitution. Obama's voting record is just horrendous. We should be ashamed as citizens that we have allowed our nation to become what it has. Everyone wants it to run on autopilot. The founders knew you had to stay engaged to keep your freedoms.

  • You are wrong! Obama has NEVER wanted war with IRAN. AL QAIDA is our problem - I like ron paul - but our brother barack is the a strong leader and will work to AVOID war. Too, bad you are not on our side for world peace.

  • Obama's mission is a globalist mission. Big government.

    Reps=Dems=Fail=you support these systems.

  • Great video! And one of the best, most sophisticated rap songs I've ever heard--even if it was a political stump. Although I do believe that Obama is the least of the three most likely evils--it is an undenied fact that he is a member of the CFR, as are Hillary and McCain. It is clearly a conflict of interest for a U.S. president to be a member of an international organization dedicated to the destruction of American sovereignty--and it should be illegal.

  • CFR: But Obama, I believe, puts himself in this ring of power to do good. Through him, however, the ring of power will do great evil--as it will through Hillary or McCain. Our only hope--aside from a third party miracle--is that either Hillary or Obama will turn from the dark side, like Kennedy did at his end. I have high hopes, but I am no believer. Anyone who is, is very naive.

  • everything that video said about obama is faulty...but i like the video tho.....and dont forget when it says every other politician made the wrong choice it was obama and ron paul who OPPOSED it from the beginning

    obama '08!

ron paul is a good man but please use facts against obama next time

  • Obama is a Isreali ball licker, our arms dealer that instigated the Russian war with Georgia.

Globalist=war on non complying nations=less freedome.

  • I watched your video all the way through and I don't agree with 90% of it. It sounds to me like your ultra left wing. That's great thats also what makes USA great I don't have to agree with your opinion. 2 days ago Iran President went on al-azeria asking, NK, China, and Russia to band together to unite to delcare war on the USA. So yeah i'm all for kicking the shit out of Iran. They want to use nukes against our allies and the USA. Will you stand for this or go on preaching peace upon deaf ears.

  • Left winger, you're joking? What 90%? You support the Patriot Act? Benjamin Franklin- They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security.

NAFTA: you're for it? Why do you think Mexican farmers don't have jobs? Why do they come here?

Taxes, the IRS, you're for that? I need go no further.

The Allie? Seriously, what do I get out of supporting a Zionist Government? Explain it to me, please.

Left Winger? Geez, man, I own a damn gun.

  • Benjamin Franklin was a member of the free masions. about half were jewish. If your not a citizen of the USA I don't want you having work in my country. Gee maybe they come here because they're expecting free hand outs from dipshits like you who feels sorry for them. In order for the goverment to supply your needs, like unemployment, police, military roads public schools taxes are nessasary. Iran has proven it's intentions against the USA and to any of our allies if they get a nuke Youre a idiot

  • Wow, I didn't know that half were Jews.

NAFTA creates a disparity in Mexico, our neighbor. If you want to stop illegal migrants don't you want to know what causes of many having to strike out to look for a better way of life? Address this problem and we cut migration.

NAFTA. No Iranian has ever attacked any country, they act logically and in their interests. No Iranian ever called me nigger.

  • Um bullshit. Iran has tried to invade Iraq and got their ass handed to them badly. If we can kick iraq over in the matter of only 100 hours imagine what we can do to iran. Pluss if your not a legal citizen get the fuck out. I don't wanta hear you story i serriously don't care YOu seem to want to tell me to listen to them. I say fuck them. If you didn't get here legally get the fuck out. As per my grandparents on a cherrokee reservation you dipshits are the invaders americans call arabs sand NGRS

  • Remember: To the Native Americans, we're ALL boat people.

  • Pluss the fact that you have a gun dosn't mean you support what I support. The fact your video supports ultra left wing views tells me exactly what you want to see. You want that fantasy of no wars, and you expect that if ron paul gets president then all your problems will disapear. Bush was president and we didn't have these problems until oboma took office. Now countries are going bankrupt, unemployment is at a record high. BTW the NSA Act was past with a 93% civlian vote all in favor. idiot

  • Wars are a fact of life. We have to have a strong military, as a matter of fact my brother, a Marine, is going to Iraq in March. Our Congress must declare "War" not give up that prerogative to the Executive. Why? Because I like to call the shots and don't trust the Fed.

Economy, the subject, Brentowoods was abolished in 1971. Fractional gold reserve banking was replaced with fiat currency. Monopoly play money.

Historical fact: ALL Fiat Currency has FAILED

    You're Dollar=Fiat.

    NSA I didn't know

  • Don't call me your brother dickmunch. You and I agree to disagree so you are no friend of mine. BTW the conflict in Iraq and afghanistan is a conflict. And congress denied the act to go to war. Instead the american people voted in the NSA act. My dollar is almost equal to the pound and equal to the euro now. ^_~> Keep talking shit hagi.

  • Brother, I meant my brother is going to Iraq, a Marine.

Get guns, food, water, gas mask while your at it.

You're dollar? Just watch this, if you don't see it now it will turn up anyway.

    Good luck to you.

LOL your a bomb sheler bomb freak arn't u.

  • Great video, I still don't get how to undrstand all the words but it grows on you.

I hink if I listened to over and over I might get it!

  • I am sure this rapper is thrilled with how Ron Paul voted on federal aid for Katrina Victims.

  • in response to the above comment"how sad it is that u can vote"..how sad it is that people still think that way.thats one of the few things left that separate us as individuals~our opinions!Voting its one of our "free" given rights as Americans still left free for us alone to decide. It dont mean your candidate will win,but at least you get to have a voice. You should be more concerned with the idiots who are influenced soley by a celebutards comment..now thats sad, but they are still entitled

  • Slammingly good, like cocoa puffs and 151 rum. . .

    Ron Paul in 2008

  • Well Done for sure. Will Ron Paul win? At this point a lot of things would need to happen, but I'm not going to say its impossible. Can we refuse to support candidates who will continue the destruction of america? YES WE CAN.

  • No, probably not, but that's never stopped anybody. Obama is a CFR puppet.

  • too many mixed messages

  • How so?

  • everyone says their preferred candidate believes all these things, but they overlap alot, and many times their sites say something different.

  • Democrats are socialist like all Liberals and "Progressives" - along with Gov as usual they all spit on the Constitution - and they're supporters are all dumb sheep.

If you're not for Ron Paul then you're an anti- Constitutionalist, you're anti-America.

  • HA! I NOW LOVE RAP!

  • Shell is actually Dutch owned.

  • funny. I WISH Paul was a little more in the establishment's pocket, then the MSM would pay more attention to him.

  • I notice now that the economy is crumbling as Paul said in the debates some in the media are giving him a little more credence and air time. I find it interesting that liberal media commentators like Rachel Maddow give more respect to Dr. Paul than conservative pundits like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. Ron Paul's ideas bring a lot of diverse people together. Freedom appeals to a broad audience.

  • Where in the hell are you getting your information from? How can you say he is going to switch parties? How many times does he have to say he has been a republican for 30+ years and hes not going to change? He isn't forcing anyone to donate to his campaign. He isn't using any of his personal funds. People have hope and are inspired by him, that's why they give what they can. Don't be a hater. If you have someone in mind for president, then go vote for them... I know I am.

    GO RON PAUL 2008!!!

  • now you see why obama's campaign is doing so well he inspires people and i see ron paul does too...but he doesnt get alot of recognition because they never ask him questions in debates the republican party tries to tear him down and supporters of his spam every obama video on the net.....

  • Wow, you are extremely ignorant allsearch,.. do your research and search for the truth,.. our Constitution.

How sad it is that you can vote.

  • well done. i'm impressed.

  • god help us, get ron paul in there

  • hell yea
