At 3:00 in the clip, I love the sound of the Q-siren on the fire truck that arrives. I believe it's an electronic Q rather than a real Q-siren, but it does replicate the sound very well!

I think the ladder truck arrived should be either Ladder 3 or 24, because they are the only rigs in FDNY still using the automatic siren. All other trucks had switched into manual sirens.
If you was in charge, I can see your city sending one fire engine to the fire and then it spreads and kills many people because not enough responded to the fire.
Only one engine is needed because the vehicle was not fully involved and the fire was not a huge threat to exposures. one firefighter can handle an inch and three quarter line for attack and another firefighter can handle another inch and three quarter line for back up. See? That is why you do not need to send two ladder trucks and an engine to a SMALL car fire.
that is the FDNY's response procedure and you should have someone backing you up on and 1 3/4 even though its not necessary because then you have 3 or 4 other guys not doing anything. a truck company comes to pop the hood and to get into the car, because an engine company doesn't have any forcible entry tools
only single house engine companies, have a set of irons (axe & halligan) and they also have a bunny tool (hydra ram), because if they are first due they need a way at getting into a structure if it is necessary. truck companies are responsible for forcible and entry and search at a fire
Yeah, I agree. I can't believe they are not utilizing their Breathing apparatus??? It takes a few seconds to get it on and be safe. Come on guys the world is watching!

This is a much better quality than the one I shot. I was using my 3 year old cell phone camera lol. I couldn't shoot the whole thing cause the memory filled up so fast. Looks like we were standing across each other. All in all it was pretty entertaining and thank God no one got hurt.
