I practiced Breema for over a year and then Jonathan my beautiful teacher moved on
The experience of Breema has been a real eye opener for me and has changed my whole outlook on the way I focus and perceive my life ..
It is a wonderful way of connecting with my inner peacefulness ( inner light)
within my self and within others ...a beautiful reflection is found in this practice and I for one highly recommend it... : )
