well...i commend you for trying something different, everybody uses vintage nostalgic type footage to make boc videos, but i dont know...ive been listening to boc since i was a teenager and these type of images never come to mind when i hear them...just doesnt go with it..the video was very well edited though..synchronized really well.

What I enjoy about this video is the contrast between the picture and sound. There is a calming effect to what we are seeing, something like grace under pressure. BOC videos on youtube seem to use existentialism and similar themes ad nauseam.

I must say that the editing was pretty good. Im also an aspiring film maker and must give credit where credit is due. True the music isnt a perfect fit, but it was your vid so the music choice was all yours. I don't know, when I hear BOC I either think of estranged outdoor environments or like a old 70's t.v. sitting in a dark room showing a host of fuzzy, corny images like PSA's. Is that just me?

Hey i thought this was one of the best BOC's videos i have seen. Not becuse I like cars, guns, explosins or Clive Own for that matter. But beaucase i forced myself to make the visuals work. The old 16mm footage gets old quickly this videos imagery means i have to interpret the music differntly. Good work

It was for an editing final, and I chose the films for their awesome cinematography. I realize now the song doesn't fit, but it was the choice I submitted, so I had to stick to it. I had a blast making it, though.

The full vids are on youtube. I suggest all aspiring filmmakers view them. Simply amazing.
