  • I like the selection of exercises, but I wonder if one and a half times body weight would be better for the Romanian Deadlifts. People are doing a large number of reps for the RDL in the Sexy Challenge videos that I see.

  • why 3 exercises for the lower body and only two for the upper body, dips whold be a nice adition

  • You are one strong *ss dude, especially for the lower body lifts. Have you measured your vertical jump b4?

  • Bret, what's your height and weight? I ask, because I notice big guys have a harder time with chin-ups for the simple fact that they have a lot more weight to lift.

  • @MD5 I'm 6'4" and weigh 223 lbs right now.

  • This challenge is def not for beginners (under 1 year of experience with lifting). I'm so weak at pressing movements that I'll leave this challenge for when I can do 1 (!) with my own weight lol. YEah, and I can't front squat my own weight. Back squat, hip thrust, chins... no prob.

    The 'Hero Challenge':

    - Clean&Jerk

    - suicides 4x10m

    - 10m climb (on rope or tree)

    - long throw (baseball or javelin)

    - 800m dash

    This is the ultimate athletic challenge
