    you're doing the two-legged takeoff, which is old school. do the one-legged takeoff instead. practice on your zhen ti/tan pai and your li he. make sure you have the 'relax-then-use-force' thing in your system. practice on your setup also. i can see that your spin is pretty good, so your tornadoes shouldn't be all stucky and not rotating

    check out the chinese athletes do their xfj and you'll get what i mean

  • flexibility...and your wind up right before you jump looks like your coming to a complete stop, try using all the running energy and turning it into jumping energy.
