The last thing I remember was Mrs. B saying how valves in veins move up and down before I blacked out. I also had a small seizure before I came to. 911 was called. I was rushed to the ER by ambulance. I was so embarrassed. >,< I recently discovered that if I know that someone is hurt and it's real blood, I pass out. If it's fake pain with fake blood, I am fine.

i really hate seeing blood or anything liquid or slimy red then there's a picture of blood in the video! what the???? ... menstruation? i hate to see it myself...i have to use large pad to prevent leak (and to prevent seeing it) then throw it away really quick without looking on it...this was the hardest part to be a girl and having fear of blood

my blood phobia's weird. i'm a fan of pro wrestling (which can get bloody at times) and have no problem when they get bloody and have no problem when i cut myself (not in the emo sense), but when the conversation becomes medical i start to feel faint, get blurred vision and my hearing becomes muffled. Like today in my school people were donating blood and as they taked about it i felt like this twice, which has triggred a migarine. bummer
its like that for me...i was in class an my Anatomy teacher started to talk about blood and injuries....and all of a sudden i felt a lil tired ...my BP dropped...my vision blurred up... and my hearing became muffled...i think there could be a cure
They are wrong to say that phobias are only learned. They CAN be hereditary. Anxious personality is somewhat genetically based (the amygdala region of the brain) as well as modeled on parents.

But this is interesting. I have trouble with blood tests (I faint) and this woman may have the fear of fainting as well as the blood, so it is a double whammy.

It's one of the most life-disadvantaged phobia . If you cut yourself you will faint or smth like that . Or if you are in a bad situation like you had an accident , you have 30% chances of fainting and dieing . I proudly say that i have no phobia at all :3
