@psychichousewife I'm only thirteen but around two years ago I went into deep depression... emotiolally lost from childhood tradegies. So I was kind of "stuck" . Stuck in what? I don't know I was lost and going through the teen state with all these mixed feelings. Such deep depression that I often thought of suicide and running away from home.

i tell u 1 experience i had, i was asleep straight on my bed, i breathed slowly, try to get in a coma stage relaxed!, as i got deeper, i felt a strong wind zoom fast on my headside pillow as i dont have board, and than i let my body feel light, and felt or image where my hands and legs were automatically doing the driving and im in subconcience mode lets say.

Again, beats me. Everyone has to make their own choices about if they want to pursue psychic ability and how to pursue those abilities. I don't actually spend a lot of time answering skeptic's questions. I'm more interested in talking to people who are curious about this stuff. Hmm. I believe I've said that all the psychics I know meditate. It allowed them to quiet their minds enough to hear spirit. Sometimes are egos chatter so loudly we can't hear the subtle stuff. Of course, this is completely up to the individual.

Beats me...I just meditated a lot, didn't work as much and hung out with some psychics. I did have psychic experiences earlier in my life, but not to the extent of seeing dead people. That came in fast.
