Once you have a buyer and they sign the assignment contract and you collect a non-refundable deposit and there is a balance due for the rest of your fee, do you send the docs (purchase contract & assignment) to your chosen title company/attorney or one that the buyer chooses? The video states to take them to your title company, but what if the buyer has his own he wants to use.
